ORA Developers Iraq was relaunching the Al Waha Plus villas at Madinat Al Ward, its new city in Baghdad. It needed a premium film for decision makers that sells the homes the way a buyer experiences them: the architecture, the materials and the light moving through each room.

We produced the commercial fully with AI. We worked from the client's scene brief and the development's own renders, so every facade, finish and floor plan stayed true to the real villas. Each scene was built from locked character sheets and one cinematic grade, from sunlit exteriors and still pool water to warm interiors, quiet family moments and a night arrival.
