ORA Developers Iraq was relaunching the Al Waha Plus villas at Madinat Al Ward, its new city in Baghdad, and needed a film that sells the homes the way a buyer experiences them: the architecture, the materials, the light moving through each room. The brief was a premium relaunch, built for decision makers.
We produced the commercial fully with AI, working from the client's scene brief and the development's own renders so every facade, finish and floor plan stayed true to the real villas. Each scene was built from locked character sheets and a single cinematic grade, taking the viewer from sunlit exteriors and still pool water to warm interiors, quiet family moments and a night arrival at the front door. Casting, wardrobe and every human moment were directed with the local audience in mind, so the film feels premium, modest and unmistakably at home in Iraq.
