Doers Summit filled Limassol with founders, and here is how we helped it look the part

Doers Summit brings over 10,000 founders, operators and investors to Limassol. Here is how iklipse made its Key Video and social reels with AI production.

Good event branding in Cyprus has to make a summit look as big as it feels from the inside. For Doers Summit in Limassol, a gathering of more than 10,000 founders, operators and investors, iklipse produced the official Key Video and a series of social reels, using AI-driven production to carry the summit's scale and energy onto every feed.

We are a creative and AI production agency based in Cyprus and working across the GCC, Egypt, Europe and the US. Doers was a home game for us, and here is how we approached it.

Doers Summit is one of the biggest business gatherings on the island.

Doers grew out of the Reflect festival and returns to Limassol on 21 and 22 May 2026, at the Kolla Factory, according to Cyprus Mail and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce. Its audience is international, and that reach matters for the brand: the same visuals have to work for a founder in Nicosia, an investor flying in from the Gulf and a startup team watching from Berlin.

The brief to us was clear. Capture the energy and the scale of the summit, and make content that would push its reach across platforms.

An event needs a film that sells the next one.

A summit lives for two days and markets itself for twelve months. The Key Video is the piece that does the long shift. It plays on the homepage, opens the sales deck for sponsors and gets pinned on every channel.

We built ours around three things the Doers community cares about:

  • Scale. Thousands of people in one place, shown in a way that feels exciting, with room to breathe.
  • Matchmaking. Doers is known for its curated introductions between founders and investors, so the film had to show people meeting, talking and leaning in.
  • Atmosphere. The electric feeling of the community, the bit people mention when they tell a friend they should come next year.

AI production let us show more than a camera could cover.

Events are hard to film well. The best moments happen in five rooms at once, the light changes every hour, and the crowd never stands still for a hero shot. AI-driven production gave us more room to build striking, consistent visuals around the real footage of the event, so the content looked big and polished without losing the feel of being there. You can read more about how we work on our AI-Infused Production page.

The reels did the daily work.

Alongside the Key Video we made a run of short social reels. Each one picked a single idea, a stage moment, a handshake, a message from the brand, and made it land in a few seconds. One of the visual lines in the set, "Just don't do it", played on a famous slogan and gave the content a wink that founders tend to like.

Reels need a different rhythm from a hero film. They open on the strongest frame, they read with the sound off, and they are cut vertical from the start. Our post-production team treats them as their own format, with their own scripts, pacing and first frames. A reel that opens on the summit logo loses half its viewers before the speaker says a word, so we open on a face, a laugh or a crowd shot and let the brand arrive at the end.

Working at home changes how you brand an event.

Limassol is a small city with a large international business crowd. That mix is part of what Doers sells, and part of what we know from living here. Nabil, our founder, has spent years building iklipse from Cyprus while working with clients in the Gulf, and that double view helped us pitch the summit to both audiences at once.

It also meant we knew what the local audience had already seen. Cyprus has plenty of conferences with stock photos of handshakes and blue gradients. Doers needed to look like the most exciting room on the island, and we think it does.

What other event organisers can borrow.

  • Brief the Key Video for next year's buyers. Sponsors and ticket buyers are the real audience.
  • Plan reels as a series. A set with one look builds recognition faster than ten unrelated clips.
  • Show people meeting. For a business event, connection is the product. Film it.
  • Use AI where cameras struggle. Scale shots, consistent looks and fast turnarounds are where it helps most.
